Anthony Berry Performance and Sustainability Coach · I create a confidential space where senior NHS leaders can stop carrying everything alone and reconnect with the wisdom, clarity, and solutions they already possess.
What is this? A free 5-minute personal stress inventory mapping where your stress is concentrated across four areas.
Who is it for? Senior NHS leaders in clinical and nursing leadership roles.
When do I use it? When you can no longer tell whether you are managing pressure or just absorbing it.
What problem does it prevent? Reaching burnout before you notice the warning signs, because the pressure has become normalised.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You cannot switch off at the end of the working day. You are still processing decisions, conversations, and worries at midnight.
You wake up exhausted before the day has even started.
You feel responsible for everyone else, but you have stopped putting yourself on the priority list.
This free assessment takes 5 minutes. It will show you exactly where your stress is concentrated and which area needs your attention most urgently.
🔒 Your answers stay private. Nothing here is visible to your employer, manager or team. If you choose to view your results, your name, email, role and answers are sent only to Anthony Berry so he can follow up personally, never shared with anyone else. You will be asked to confirm this before your results are sent. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
Used only to send you your results and let Anthony follow up personally. See the consent options below before anything is sent.
Before you begin, take 30 seconds to record how you are feeling today. This becomes your baseline.
List what is currently draining you. For each one, rate how much impact it will have if nothing changes, in 6 months and in 12 months.
Example: A short-staffed rota is not fully in your control. How you protect one boundary within it often is.
Only 20% of lasting change comes from skills, tools and strategies. The other 80% comes from transforming your mindset, identity and habits.
