This site is run by Anthony Berry, Performance and Sustainability Coach, trading as The Sustainable Leadership Programme. Anthony is the only person who has access to the information described below. Depending on how you use this site, the following information may be collected:
No financial, health record, or employer system data is collected. Free-text answers in tools like the Stress Load Assessment are provided voluntarily by you and are treated with the same confidentiality as everything else on this page.
Your information is used only to respond to you personally and, where relevant, to follow up on next steps. For most people, that means talking through where you are and whether a first Leadership Clarity and Problem-Solving Session (75 to 90 minutes, £247), the entry point to the wider coaching ladder, is the right starting place.
If you have ticked a separate, optional marketing consent box (for example on the Stress Load Assessment), you may also receive occasional emails with tools and insights for senior NHS leaders. You can unsubscribe from these at any time, and ticking this box is never required to receive your results or a response.
Your information is shared with Anthony Berry only. It is never shared with your employer, sold, or passed to any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
Contact forms and free tools on this site use Web3Forms, a third-party service that delivers form submissions directly to Anthony's inbox by email. Web3Forms processes the submission in order to deliver it and does not use it for any other purpose.
This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand, in an anonymised and aggregated way, how visitors use its pages (for example, which sections are read and where people click), so the site can be improved. Clarity may set cookies or use similar technologies to do this. This site does not use advertising trackers, and your individual assessment answers are never included in this analytics data.
Information is kept only for as long as needed to respond to you and, where you are a client, to provide ongoing coaching support. If you would like your information corrected or deleted at any time, email anthony@sustainableleaderco.com and this will be actioned promptly.
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to it being used for marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email anthony@sustainableleaderco.com.
