Leadership Clarity and Problem-Solving Session

75 to 90 minutes

£247

Purpose: Help a senior healthcare leader solve one pressing problem while identifying the strengths, resources and successful behaviours they can build on. Uses an appreciative inquiry structure: clarify the immediate problem, explore what is already working, identify when the client has handled similar pressure well, uncover the strengths and conditions that supported success, identify what is obstructing progress now, and agree practical next steps.

The Client Leaves With

Core Promise: Solve a pressing leadership problem, reconnect with what already works, and leave with a practical plan for sustainable improvement.

Leads to: a recurring pattern behind the problem often points to Stage 2, deeper or wider change often points straight to Stage 3.

Stage 02

Focused Leadership Improvement Package

2 to 3 sessions over 4 to 6 weeks

Price confirmed at your discovery call

Purpose: Help the client change one recurring pattern that is repeatedly creating stress, poor sleep, overthinking, boundary problems or loss of control. The work builds on the client's existing strengths rather than treating them as deficient, exploring what has worked before, what conditions allowed the client to perform at their best, what has changed, and what practical experiments can restore progress.

Possible Areas Of Focus

Core Outcome: Move from solving one immediate problem to changing the pattern that keeps recreating it.

Leads to: Stage 3, when the pattern turns out to be part of wider, interconnected change.

Stage 03

The Sustainable Leadership Programme

12 sessions · The main individual programme

Price confirmed at your discovery call

Purpose: Create wider and lasting improvement across the client's leadership performance, wellbeing and personal sustainability. Does not begin from the assumption that the leader is failing. It asks: when have you led at your best, what strengths were present, what conditions supported that performance, and what needs to change in you, around you, or within the system.

Areas Addressed

Core Promise: Lead with greater calm, sleep more deeply and reclaim your life, without reducing your standards or walking away from the role.

Leads to: Stage 4, if the remaining barriers turn out to sit in the team or system, not the individual leader.

Stage 04

Leadership Team or Departmental Improvement Intervention

Organisational

Price confirmed at your discovery call

Purpose: Address problems that cannot be solved through individual coaching alone, because the pressure is being created or reinforced by the wider team environment. Recognises that not every leadership problem is a resilience problem, the difficulty may sit in process debt, unclear accountability, poor communication, weak governance, or an improvement plan that exists on paper but is not changing reality.

Possible Interventions

Core Transition: The leader has changed what is within their control. The remaining barriers sit within the team, process or system.

Central Philosophy

Plans don't make lasting change. People do.

The client is not broken. They may already possess many of the strengths needed to improve the situation. My role is to help them recognise those strengths, apply them more deliberately, and identify what is preventing sustainable performance. At organisational level, the same principle applies: do not begin only with what is failing, identify what is working, understand why it works, and create the conditions for more of it to happen.
